Re: The Bridge
Doug, You have done an exceptional job!!!!! A quick solution for skirting might be twin-size flat bed sheets in the color of your choice. We use those on our Z scale modules.
Again, you've done a beautiful job!!! I just wish I lived on that side of the pond so I could see it in person.

That turned out very nice, Joe. What chassis did you use for the tender? I'll be interested to see what you do with the TGauge.com wheels.

Re: we(I) need Tgauge equipment
Hi Everybody,
Stony looked at the road grader and discovered that it was 38.5% too large. He's made the necessary correction and that also reduced the price. I hope this solves the size issue.

It's been "snowing" on this forum for a while now. It's too warm for any of the white stuff here too.

Re: we(I) need Tgauge equipment
Thanks for the pictures, Matt. They do look awfully big. I know construction equipment comes in different sizes but those look way too big. With your permission I will forward the pictures on to Stony so he can see the difference. I don't know what prototypes he used. I hope I can get better results...

Re: we(I) need Tgauge equipment
I just finished chatting with Stony, the designer I linked to, and he said he would be happy to address any issues we have. I looked closer at the set online and it looks like the road grader referenced in the picture is much larger than the other equipment. How does the other equipment compare to T...

Re: we(I) need Tgauge equipment
The link that I posted at Shapeways was for T gauge equipment. Stony does a lot of Z scale and he probably has these in Z but the link is to his T gauge version.

Re: Shapeways sandstone prints
I bought some Z scale buildings in this material. It seems to be fairly sturdy as long as it's thick enough. Don't try to wash it as the color will disappear. It will be OK as long as you use it the way it comes.

Re: Trainaidsa
I logged onto the Trainaidsa.com website this morning and noticed that it looks like it's back up and running. There's no notice on the home page or anywhere else about the site not being available. Does anyone know for sure if someone is operating the site and filling orders?
