Re: Where has everybody gone?
I try and log in as much as possible and post the odd reply here and there but my actual progress with modelling has stalled somewhat. I think the lack of RTR does have an impact because I don't want to invest in stock that I don't really want to run. The expensive nature of shapeways and the long w...

I've been away from T for a little while and I come back to this?!
Some truly excellent work here Doug!
But as has been said, you may have to branch out into point jigs in the shop!

Although I can't commit to the dates until I get my working roster the month before, this is almost a local show so I'll certainly try and make it down for at least one day!

Doug, I'm loving all of the rolling stock you're churning out for the bridge! Some seriously inspirational stuff! Can't wait to see them in the T gauge shop!

Re: What do you want to see in 2017 for T gauge??
I echo the sentiments for new points...although looking at the talking t gauge facebook group Alan Ramsey has posted some photos which look very intriguing indeed! I'd just like to see more support and developments from eishindo so that the scale doesn't die out completely! There have been very few ...

Re: Lettering on Engines/Rolling stock
That's a shame! I know Adam has a lot of other commitments in larger scales, just hope he keeps the files so he can do some ad-hoc printing if people want it!

Re: Warley MRC Show 2016 - NEC, Birmingham
I'm gutted that I can't even make it as a visitor as I'm training for a new job. Warley is usually a must see for me each year. I wish you the best of luck with it!

Re: The next train arriving at Platform One is.....
Can't wait for these to appear in the shop! And a great idea having the decals as "DIY", as that way you're not liable for any copyright issues. Reading through threads on various forums the issue regarding copyright is a minefield and best left to an individual to decide if they want to (at least i...

Re: The next train arriving at Platform One is.....
Thanks Doug! Appreciate that! Let me know if you want and of the previous designs I've drawn up in sketchup to have a play around with. I appreciate it's probably easier to start from scratch than amend a previously drawn model. If you're interested I have a class 158 (or 159), 450 (so also 350), 44...

Re: New T Gauge products from Eishindo
For me personally, I'm glad to see stuff being done and progress being made. I'm not a steam fan but can't help but be intrigued. It's a shame a new design of points doesn't feature and no mention of the shorter "tram" chassis that we saw a while back which would be perfect for the 60mm radius curves.

New T Gauge products from Eishindo
Hello guys! This is mainly for the benefit of those of you not on facebook following the offical Tgauge.com page. This was posted earlier... "If, like us, you weren't lucky enough to visit the recent Tokyo Model Rail Show - JAM, here's a pic of part of the main TGauge stand. After you've had a chanc...

Re: The next train arriving at Platform One is.....
These are, without doubt, my favourite modern DMU's. I will certainly be ordering! Fantastic additions! Can I put in a request too? Any chance you can stretch the 170 so I can model a class 357 that runs through my hometown in glorious Essex? I'm about half way through drawing one up but you've basi...

Re: The next train arriving at Platform One is.....
I'm intrigued....it looks a lot like a printed shell (can you print onto a 3D printed model?). Whatever it is I'll be following with interest. Now the question, is it a mk3 coach or a class 180?

T gauge publicity
I was just reading through the latest issue of Model Rail magazine on my iPad (I use the readily app...cannot recommend enough!) and reading the feature on design ideas for HST inspired layouts. Imagine my surprise to see a plan for T gauge! It's great to see mainstream support for the gauge and no ...
